Near Duplicate Identification and Threads.
Unify™’s near duplicate identification allows review teams to search, group and assign highly related content for review. Similarly, it gives reviewers the efficiency of reviewing — and even bulk tagging — documents that have a requisite threshold of similarity or are part of the same conversation. The level of similarity used is flexible and can be narrowed or expanded during the course of the case.

Managing.
Managers can view document collection statistics by custodian, document type, unique vs. duplicate documents, reviewer progress, responsiveness rates, and more. Unify™ tracks progress and accuracy of the review project. Graphs display the total document collection, documents reviewed, and documents not reviewed on a per-reviewer or per-collection basis.
