Is message header information of emails (i.e. (author, sent to, subject, sent date and time, cc) part of the body of an email? |

Actually, message header information is not part of the body of an email. When one opens an email, the email program (i.e in Outlook) shows the header information on top of the message. However, note that it displays that information in a gray bar above the message. It displays this way because it is technically not part of the text content of the message; rather, it is actually fielded metadata that the email program displays with the message’s content.
